Job Description
- Req#: 8837
- Lead and mentor a team of Credit Analysts.
- Responsible for oversight of A/R for 3 companies, totaling $65M+.
- Approve new customer setups, including payment terms and credit limits.
- Ongoing review of credit limits and past due balances for existing customers.
- Prepare monthly Bad Debt schedules and quarterly adjustments to the Bad Debt Reserve.
- Review / approve credit memos before release to the customer.
- Optimize collections processes.
- Bachelors degree required (preferred areas of study in Accounting or Finance).
- 5+ years of prior leadership experience.
- 5+ years credit management experience in a manufacturing and B2B environment.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
- Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate various deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and attention to detail.

FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.
