      Research is fast-paced, dynamic, demanding and intellectually stimulating. You need to possess strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing/communication skills, as well as modelling, and valuation experience.

      As an Analyst in Credit Research, you will help to conduct and facilitate industry analysis and company-specific coverage. This involves core research ranging from dissecting earnings releases and regulatory filings to assessing relevant news events, macro trends, modelling financial statements and industry dynamics, performing detailed valuation work, writing research notes and sector pieces.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Follow specific sectors and companies
      • Provide timely analysis and recommendation on covered companies and sectors
      • Effectively communicate thoughts, ideas and analysis in written and oral form

      Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

      • 1+ years experience in research, investment banking or another analytical and demanding role
      • Strong accounting and finance skills
      • Advanced level of proficiency in Excel, financial modeling
      • Strong written and oral communication skills
      • A passion for the markets and interest in industry specific coverage

      Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

      • Ability to utilize Bloomberg
      • Skilled at MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint)
      • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63
