- Supervise the Retail Credit Representatives and Collectors
- Assist the Manager and Director of Credit with the day-to-day Credit Department functions
- Monitor the predictive dialer to maximize results in number of calls handled and payments processed
- Ensure compliance to department guidelines when approving or offering payment arrangements
- Accurately maintain and organize records and documentation including customer credit files
- Write and administer yearly performance evaluations, perform coaching/counseling and progressive counseling when necessary
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task and be capable of performing other duties as assigned
- Excellent time management skills; adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with customers, staff and other departments.
- Must be high energy, self-motivated and quick thinking, with the ability to motivate others
- Must be able to work a flexible full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
