- Lead MVT AR team to drive results in territories without an assigned escalation analyst.
- Serves as an escalation point for all AR territories. Must be agile managing all client portfolios.
- Strong commitment to operational excellence is required.
- Ability to report out to leadership and stakeholders AR trends and action plans to address any gaps.
- Ability to lead client calls and take action on any gaps for call to action and resolution.
- Ability to drive results in a fast pace dynamic market with a growth mindset and ability to be agile.
Provide advice and make appropriate recommendations to internal teams as well as management as required.
Act as a mentor to team members and provide direction and leadership.
- 3+ years of related experience in credit/collections
- 1+ year experience in leadership/supervisor role
- 1+ year experience as subject matter expert
- Microsoft Office- Strong Excel skills highly preferred
- SAP

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to analyze interpret and address staff/customer needs.

The Credit/Collections Analyst will be focused on overseeing and leading MVT AR portfolios that do not have an assigned escalation analyst, including but not limited to the Wholesalers and Bayer portfolio, to ensure strong AR performance results. The ability to analyze complex issues on delinquent accounts, including delinquency that is presented in AR beyond product AR that requires other internal teams to drive resolution and process improvement. Requires sound judgement, initiative, and the ability to resolve complex and difficult issues. The role will be responsible for reporting out to Senior leadership and stakeholders and engaging with internal teams, including but not limited to the Program Management team, on issues and calling out risks and trends. This role will be required lead Client calls and present factual data in a clear and professional manner. This position is responsible for implementing strategies to ensure AR results and drive results in a dynamic customer portfolio. The role will be responsible for reporting, both internally and externally to clients, to provide insight and trends. Strong communication skills, and negotiation ability are critical to be able to work with customers, both internal and external, and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Our Base Pay Range for this position
