Creeler – 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 am-3:15 pm

Therafirm has an immediate opening in Hamlet, NC for a Creeler.
What You’ll Get To Do
Our Creeler will train in the maintenance and operation of knitting machines to focus on maintaining the yarn. This includes hanging yarn on machines as needed, providing support to Style Changers by building yarn racks , serving as an inspector as needed, and general maintenance to ensure the process is running smoothly to meet production and quality expectations. Upon successful completion of Creeler training and with sufficient experience, our Creeler can grow within the department, cross-train, and have the opportunity to grow within the company. The possibilities can be endless!
The Essentials
This role is essential in the creation of our products! Without our Creelers managing and maintaining the yarn overflow area to the best of their abilities, we would have no products to send to our customers.
While turning yarn into an actual product, our Creelers will interact with Knitters and other members of the Knitting Team to ensure that the correct product specifications are being met. Accuracy and Quality are very important! Some of the machines we use are Lonati, Pendolina, and Santoni, both fine and course gauge machines.
