Job Description
- Req#: 505244
- Review Order Book with Sales Rep and SSR to ensure New Artwork is created/submitted then applied to orders properly.
- Coordinate and expedite all new artwork from New Artwork Queue, as well as requests outside the system.
- Evaluate Artwork/File types submitted with orders to confirm if files are usable by using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Wilcom Embroidery Studio
- Contact Sales Reps via phone and/or e-mail to obtain any missing artwork and review new artwork as needed.
- Update internal systems as needed with order and/or logo information.
- Address issues with Sales Reps, SSRs, and Cresting Vendors
- Confirm sizing and color information for artwork submitted
- Provide suggestions for required changes to artwork (as needed basis)
- Use embroidery industry specific software package (EmbTrak/Wilcom) to efficiently select thread colors for embroidered logos or Pantone colors for other embellishments.
- Provide color specifications and digitized files to multiple embroidery vendors.
- Prioritize workload to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

- Experience using adidas Golf business systems (EmbTrak, Cricket, Wilcom, SAP) is a plus

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is ($21-24 hr.). Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, and proficiency for the role.

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
The Cresting Coordinator is responsible for facilitating all new artwork for embroidery, heat transfers, and other embellishments within their territory. Works directly with Field Sales Reps and SSR (Sales Support Rep) to ensure Embroidered Orders have the correct logos applied to each order. Cresting Coordinator prioritizes workload to ensure orders are fulfilled in a timely manner for their territories, and communicates with customers, sales force, internal teams and external vendors as needed.
