Summary Duties & Responsibilities
The position of Crew Person is responsible and accountable for successful performance of tasks within an assigned unit at Baker’s Burgers. The Crew Person has the responsibility to provide industry leading guest service, prepare food and beverages to company expectations, maintain unit’s cleanliness and meet all local, state, and federal health guidelines. Always maintains a positive attitude with guests, vendors, and fellow team members.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Crew Person – Major Duties & Responsibilities
1.1. Provide excellent guest service. Nothing is more important than being courteous, friendly, helpful, and prompt in the attention given to guests.
1.2. Responsible for upholding Baker’s Burgers Policies and Procedures.
1.3. Works assigned station(s) accurately and productively. Each guest should receive prompt, accurate, fresh food in a friendly environment.
1.4. Clean and stock station(s).
1.5. Maintains proper storage of perishable goods. Manages food to ensure proper waste.
1.6. Follows all Baker’s Burgers policies on food handling to meet local, state, and federal laws.
1.7. Ensures all kitchen utensils, equipment, and supplies are in good, safe condition.
1.8. Communicates effectively to keep supervisor informed of potential hazards, guest concerns, food preparation or service concerns, as well as any issue that might impact the operations of the unit.
1.9. Continually meets the performance standards; timely completion of assigned tasks with minimum disruption to guests and other team members.
1.10. Clean, neat, and well groomed. Meeting all dress code standards daily.
1.11. Possess basic knowledge of fast food operations, guest service, food preparation, and proper sanitation.

3.2. Must always be honest.
Qualifications
4. Education, prior work experience, and specialized skills and knowledge
4.1. Minimum education required: enrollment in high school.
4.2. Must be 16 years or older, able to provide work permit as applicable.
4.3. Able to pass and maintain county required food handlers certification.
4.4. Good verbal and written communication skills; capable of communicating with supervisors, guests and fellow team members.
5. Physical environment/working conditions
5.1. Required to stand for long periods.
5.2. Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, twisting, reaching and over shoulder reaching.
5.3. Regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
5.4. Exposure to a variety of temperatures (hot, cold, and freezing )
5.5. Work in close proximity to others.
