      Main Responsibilities.

      • Deploy/dispatch the right seafarers per standard and requirements of the Clients and the organization (WMS/WSM) with reference to GIMS.
      • Ensure that planned seafarers hold valid and complete mandatory and statutory Certificates, Documents and Licenses.
      • Ensure that planned seafarers have undergone requisite value added Training per Client’s Training Matrix.
      • Coordinate with Training Department on the implementation of training program of seafarers.
      • Ensure that all documents of seafarer are uploaded and updated in CMS.
      • Coordinate with CSS for the documentation application of statutory requirements such as POEA contract, Flag State, VISA, PDOS schedule, etc.
      • Coordinate with Finance Department regarding the allotment, wages and other allowances and benefits of seafarers.
      • Ensure joining crew have copies of all relevant certificates and submits all required documents before joining their vessel.
      • Perform individual KPI based on AOP and agreed strategic and operational plans.
      • Conform to the standards, policies and procedures of the organization.
      • Adhere to the Quality Management System.
      • Conform to the effective implementation of Risk Management System of the organization.
      • Ensure that all records are kept secured and organized.
      • Perform other lawful orders of the Management.


      Accountabilities.
      The position will be measured against the ability to:

      • Deploy suitable seafarers with valid and complete mandatory and statutory documents at the right time, place and at the right costs.
      • Deliver the above requirements.
      • Further contribute for the improvements of the assigned tasks.
      • Apply the Corporate values and policies of the organization (WMS/WSM).


      Qualifications.
      Education:

      • Completed BS College or University Degree.
      • Affiliation or membership to maritime-related association (local or international) is an added advantage.

      Other skills:

      • Has the ability to organize, plan and manage work assignments.
      • Team player, proactive, result-oriented, proper time-management.
      • Can work under pressure under minimal supervision.
      • Ability to relate with all people at all levels in the organization on both local and international settings.
      • Must have good English written and oral communication skills.
      • Computer literate (MS Office).

      Experience:

      • At least two (2) years experience in similar position in the crewing business or other related position in the service industry.


      Process Involvement.

      • Company’s crew supply processes with reference to GIMS.
      • Company’s Annual Operating Plan and Key Performance Indicators.
      • Continual improvement process of the company’s Quality Management System.
      • Company plans and programs (SHE Group, Contingency Plan, etc.).
      • After sales service to customer (internal and external).
