What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct analysis of financial documents and records to detect fraud or non-compliance
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and conduct financial investigations
- Assist in interviews of victims, witnesses, and suspects
- Provide support by attending staff meetings, completing administrative tasks, and assisting in search and seizure warrants
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a general understanding of Arizona criminal and civil statutes
- Considerable knowledge of auditing and accounting methods
- Skilled in communication, report writing, and data analysis
- Ability to coordinate activities with various law enforcement agencies
- Certified Fraud Examiner or willingness to obtain CFE certification within 12 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5 years of law enforcement related investigative experience
