- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Crisis Care Team, School Based Threat Assessment Teams, and district Mental Health Supports Staff under the direct supervision of Director of Whole Child Community Supports.
- Responds and or manages our CCT process from district to building level
- Process of owner CCT software’s, platforms and programs
- Individual supervision and training of CCT including documentation of supervision and staff training plans in electronic system.
- Provides new hires support through the onboarding process.
- Ensures all members of CCT are properly and thoroughly trained, including Threat Assessment training and all training materials related to the Crisis Program.
- Supervises and evaluates the activities of the CCT to ensure direct service activities are carried out in compliance with agency and programmatic policies and procedures.
- Ensures CCT meets productivity standards relative to state standards.
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, human services, public administration, education, or related field.
- Minimum of three years’ experience working with school-aged students.
- Willing to obtain a valid Ohio Department of Education Administrator License.
- Capable of responding to crisis situations quickly and effectively using excellent diplomacy, judgment, negotiations, and communications skills.
- Demonstrates and maintains exceptional interpersonal skills across a variety of audiences including students, staff, parents, and community which allow for effective relationships and partnerships.
- Outstanding oral and written communications skills, including effective presentation skills.
- Manage, analyze and share data to guide intervention strategies and monitor effective practices.
- Ability to relate, motivate, and engage with staff and external providers.
- Knowledgeable regarding trends, and developments in the field of Social Emotional Learning, trauma informed practices and restorative practices. Experience creating engaging social media content, as well as plan and manage short-term and long-term social media campaigns.
- Experience producing and distributing electronic publications in various formats, including interactive PDF files and e-newsletters.
- Experience using a browser-based Content Management System to create and update website content.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products and Google Drive.
- Strong video production and editing skills, photography skills and basic graphic design skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of public education goals and objectives.
- Self-starter who demonstrates the ability to build relationships, coach and support District staff and volunteers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with an ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to use traditional, current, advanced and emerging communication and technology tools.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as in a team setting.
- Ability to adjust to change and willingness to learn
- Tools/Equipment Use: Desktop PC with keyboard and mouse, laptop, scanner, calculator, software, desk, and adjustable chair.
- Posture: Prolonged sitting and standing; occasional stooping, bending, squatting, kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling and twisting.
- Motion: Frequent repetitive hand motions, including keyboarding and use of a mouse; occasional reaching
- Lifting: Occasional lifting and carrying (less than 10 pounds)
- Environment: Works in office setting; may require occasional irregular hours and/or prolonged hours.
- Attendance: Regular and punctual attendance at the worksite is required for this position.

This position is responsible for supporting and assisting the Office of Whole Child Supports, with the daily operations of the district Crisis CARE Teams (CCT), School Threat Assessment Teams (TAT) and Mental Health Support.
