      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide childcare and supervision for clients awaiting placement
      - Support children during intake and placement transitions
      - Assist in crisis management and de-escalation situations
      - Create a positive group climate for youth safety and development
      - Complete accurate documentation and reports as required

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS Degree, or equivalent experience in child development or related field
      - Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) certification and Mastered TCI - LSI 1 Status
      - Valid California Driver's License and ability to meet agency driving requirements
      - First Aid, CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications
      - Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and web browsers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with youth in crisis or group home settings
      - Additional certifications in child development or related fields
