What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Learn crisis management processes and supporting tools
- Collaborate with the crisis management team to develop, enhance, and test crisis management plans
- Align crisis management processes with existing plans at local, regional, and enterprise levels
- Review user surveys to identify opportunities for improving program training requirements
- Participate in enterprise-wide learning experiences and leadership exposure
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, preferably as a rising junior or senior
- Effective at gathering and analyzing data
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a highly collaborative environment
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship

- Previous experience in project management or related internships
- Familiarity with data analysis tools or methodologies
