      Job Title: Crisis Response Clinician

      Job Summary:

      As a Crisis Response Clinician, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing immediate support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and resources.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals in crisis to determine immediate needs and appropriate interventions.
      • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their support systems.
      • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.
      • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and resources for clients.
      • Document all interactions and interventions in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.

      Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:

      • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
      • Current licensure or certification in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
      • Experience in crisis intervention and mental health services preferred.

      Additional Qualifications:

      • Must be at least 21 years of age.
      • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations and maintain composure.

      Physical Requirements

      • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
      • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
