What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage chat and texting conversations with individuals experiencing emotional distress or mental health issues
- Build rapport and client engagement through written communication
- Assess and mitigate risks during chat interactions
- Document conversations appropriately, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide available resources or information needed through written communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited college or university
- Minimum one year of Behavioral Healthcare or Social Services experience
- Reside in WA, OR, AZ, NM, MI, KS, IL, IN, GA, NC, MN, MD, TN, PA, OH, AL
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in crisis intervention or counseling
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
