      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide immediate support to members over the phone during lawful self-defense incidents
      - Advocate for members and guide them through complex situations, addressing various needs
      - Maintain availability and accessibility to members for the entire shift duration
      - Prepare incident reports and ensure detailed notes are provided when transitioning shifts
      - Engage effectively with attorneys and other stakeholders to resolve member issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent required
      - Prior work experience in customer service and/or sales, with a focus on handling sensitive information
      - Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute, with strong attention to detail
      - Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality while managing complex situations
      - Strong empathetic listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing complex, confidential, and sensitive information by phone
      - Proficiency in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and other web-based platforms
      - Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environments with efficient problem-solving skills
