      About The Role

      Entry level analyst who will work within the Marketing Analytical Service (MAS) team reporting to the Manager of MAS/CRM Client analytics. This role will support the Ann Taylor and LOFT brands by providing various client and loyalty member level analytics ranging from weekly, monthly client profile reporting, segmentation pulls for promotional campaigns and their post analysis.

      The impact you can have

      • Individual will be trained to use SAS software (Enterprise Guide) environment to execute all client level reporting and analyses.

      • Perform ad hoc analyses, as needed, to support marketing efforts, and to answer questions from requestors on client level data.

      • Develop and produce timely client reports that monitor changes in the client base. Create and execute divisional reports to be generated monthly to establish trends and identify action items.

      • Work with internal clients to support promotional campaigns to understand the segmentation and analytics required to test the effectiveness of each campaign.

      You’ll bring to the role

      • This is an entry level position, relevant for recent college graduates with degrees in fields like data analytics, statistics, mathematics or 1-2 years analytical experience in a marketing, retail, or financial position.

      • Hands on experience with SAS a plus, or SQL, R, Python querying tools.

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong grasp of statistics and mathematics, and ability to write SQL based code.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to share information so that co-workers and brand counterparts can act.

      • BS or BA degree with business coursework in marketing and statistics is required. Master’s degree a plus.

      The target salary range for this role is: $62,400 to $70,000.

      Any job offer will consider factors such your qualifications, relevant experience, and skills. Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role.

      This position works in a hybrid model, with 3-4 days per week worked in our NYC office.
