      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the global CRM (Salesforce.com) lead and business owner, collaborating with IT and Sales for system enhancements
      - Lead CRM training and adoption efforts, ensuring alignment with local leaders
      - Partner with leadership to pursue certification for Funnel Management and address performance gaps
      - Analyze CRM performance metrics to recommend process improvements and enhance user experience
      - Provide leadership to global users and system administrators, ensuring consistent practices and knowledge sharing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of work experience or Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience
      - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Excellent relationship building and communication skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
      - Experience in a cross-functional environment and interacting with multiple departments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems
      - Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation
      - Salesforce-issued certificate for Administrator
      - Experience with CPQ systems (Oracle) at the Administrator level
      - Natural bias toward action with a proactive approach to problem-solving
