      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
      - Perform checks and interro gations of all CRM medical device systems post sign-off
      - Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on CRM products and solutions
      - Assist with managing daily coverage logistics and consignment inventory
      - Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields; or an Associate’s Degree plus 4 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of experience
      - Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
      - Strong work ethic and ability to accomplish objectives
      - Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
      - Valid driver's license and ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within assigned territory

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
      - Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., Salesforce.com)
      - Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements
      - Experience coordinating multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
