What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of digital, CRM, email, and SMS marketing experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and email marketing
- Experience with ESP or CRM campaign management tools
- Strong analytical and project management skills
