What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide day-to-day leadership for the utilization and effectiveness of the CRM system
- Support users in adopting the CRM platform and integrating it into workflows
- Create and maintain automated workflows to streamline business operations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Assist with training for new and existing users as the system evolves

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Three years of relevant experience with Salesforce Administration certification preferred
- Experience with enterprise email systems/marketing platforms is desirable
- Strong project management, data management, and training skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in an end-user technical support role
- Robust understanding of translating business requirements into automated workflows
- Ability to drive a proactive strategy for multi-phase implementation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
