With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for CRM Specialist for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Berlin office.

How Do You Fit In?

As a CRM Specialist for Savage X Fenty EU, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our CRM activities, with a focus on the Trading Calendar, Marketing campaigns and Lifetime cycles.

Your role will involve strategic planning, communication, collaboration, and data analysis to ensure the success of our CRM initiatives.

This position reports to the CRM Manager.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement integrated communication strategies across various customer touchpoints (web, mobile, email, SMS, direct mail).

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (acquisition, creative, marketing) to drive traffic and align strategies with the brand narrative through data-driven approaches.

• Support the CRM Manager in crafting and executing the CRM strategy for the business.

• Manage the email marketing calendar, coordinate daily marketing messages with Brand Marketing, and oversee the end-to-end execution of email campaigns.

• Execute customer lifecycle initiatives and deploy the global CRM strategy across various touchpoints, focusing on segmented lists, campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.

• Conduct campaign analyses, A/B and multivariate tests, and optimize reporting infrastructure to track and analyse performance.

What you can bring:

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, and campaign management.

• Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Passion for fashion and e-commerce.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
