What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and assist with queue management for Salesforce requests from department leaders and users, documenting requests and following up.
- Define, develop, analyze, and deliver dashboards and custom reports for the organization.
- Perform data upload, manipulation, and cleanup, including mass editing and deduplication of records.
- Manage user access by adding/removing users, resetting passwords, and maintaining permissions and profiles.
- Evaluate, document, and install new Salesforce releases, providing necessary training and support.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
- 2 years of experience in Salesforce.com supporting sales or customer service with administrator level access
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Salesforce Certified Administrator - Required
