- 8 ORs + 2 OB suites
- 1,495 births annually
- 88 OB shifts per year
- Independent practice model
- Additional Site: St. John’s Camarillo (no OB)
- 2 ORs in operation
- Distance between both sites: 9 miles
- Schedule: OB-focused with additional OR cases
- Experience: Minimum 6 months required
- W2 Compensation: $316,800 annually
- Commencement Bonus: $20,000 for a 2-year commitment
- Retention Bonus: $15,000 annually, paid in a lump sum
- PTO: 6 weeks
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000
- CME: Up to $3,000 per year
- Insurance: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Malpractice
- Retirement: 401(k) with FSA options
- Employment Model: W2
- Active California RN and CRNA licenses
- NBCRNA certification
- DEA and California Controlled Substance Registration
