      Job Summary:

      As a Team Leader in the Investable Index Structuring team, you will spearhead the development of quantitative investment strategies across asset classes for US clients. Your work is crucial to our mission of delivering innovative financial products that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will collaborate with a diverse team of experts, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Together, we will transform ideas into impactful, tradable products that set new standards in the industry.

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Design and implement new investment strategies across all asset classes for the US market
      • Collaborate with research, trading, and sales teams to develop innovative financial solutions
      • Stay informed on investment themes and academic research in the quantitative investment space
      • Partner with regional structuring teams to market content and originate trades for US clients
      • Transform concepts into tradable products, balancing requirements from various stakeholders
      • Support the execution of transactions linked to our indices
      • Engage in dialogue with sales and clients to understand and meet their needs
      • Lead the team in adapting strategies to align with market trends and client demands
      • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in product development
      • Drive the origination and execution of quantitative investment strategy trades
      • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment


      Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

      • Extensive experience in product design and origination of quantitative investment strategy trades for US clients
      • Proven track record of success with US clients
      • Strong quantitative skills and intellectual curiosity
      • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
      • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
      • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Science


      Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

      • Master's degree in a relevant quantitative discipline
      • Experience in leading cross-functional teams
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive strategic initiatives
      • Familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects of financial product development
      • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace

      This role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
