      Responsibilities

      The Opportunity

      This position will provide support to the Customer Execution and Growth Team for Frito-Lay. This specific role will deal with Purchase Order acknowledgement, sales credits and Accounts Receivable issue resolution. This role will also support setting up data, compiling data for accounting, transportation planning and collaborating with field partners on upcoming business proposals.

      Your Impact

      As Cross Dock Logisctics Analyst your functions would consist of:

      • Authorize routes to receive Xdock products. This enables commissions (sales pay) and perfect cube (transportation).
      • Data compilation and reporting for accounting, forecasting and capacity planning
        • Includes but not limited to period projection and period close x-dock event tracking
      • Product Cuts:
        • Update the X-dock plan by researching cuts. This will enable correct Sales commissions and billing of National customers.
        • Issue resolution: Analyze and provide solutions for payables and sales issues (i.e. Sales paid incorrectly, short pay customers, etc…) for Xdocks.


      Qualifications

      Who Are We Looking For?

      Education

      • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning or similar field required.
      • Fluent English written and verbal skills required.

      Experience:

      • 1- 3 yrs experience working in Supply Chain Planning or Logistics
      • Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
      • Candidate should possess strong computer skills in excel, word, power point, and Microsoft Outlook
      • Strong customer service and communicational skills, both written and verbal
      • Ability to work with minimal supervision, while possessing the flexibility to assist and lead others
      • Willingness to work off shifts, longer hours, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it

      • Inquisitive, self-motivated, detail oriented and results driven.
      • Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
      • Capable of taking a task with minimal instructions and exceeding expectations, with strong follow up skills and a detail orientation.
      • Possesses highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Solid written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present at team meetings.
      • A high degree of initiative, sound judgment, and sensitivity in maintaining confidential materials with discretion.
      • Collaborates well in a cross functional environment to complete projects accurately and on-time.
