  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Research and prepare tailored proposals for clients to enhance their vacation experience

  - Process quote requests promptly and manage reservations using the Agent Mate system
  - Ensure clients receive all necessary travel information, including visas and payment reminders
  - Deliver exceptional customer service and address client issues as they arise
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in the cruise market
  - In-depth knowledge of cruise lines, ships, and global destinations
  - Proficiency in various Cruise Line booking tools
  - Proven sales and customer service skills with a friendly disposition
  - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience specifically within cruise lines or travel agencies
  - Competence with Excel, Word, and Zoom, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
