Role Description

Deutsche Bank’s cryptography engineering and solution department is part of the Chief Security Office (CSO) which determine the cryptography strategy for the bank and support business partners in all questions around crypto, including audit and regulatory support. We are currently looking for an Senior Crypto Engineer who will work for various strategic programs within Cryptography Engineering and Solution.

Your key responsibilities

• This role is of Subject Matter expert (SME)in the field of Cryptography, focusing on key management and Hardware Security Modules (HSMs)
• Supports and develops current and future key management solutions in Deutsche Bank as a Level 3 SME.
• Contributes to solution architecture development.
• Provide crypto consulting for crypto consuming apps bank wide.
• Incident management – Support the operations team in case of incident.

Your skills and experience

• 7+ year of verifiable experience working in the cryptography domain.
• Technical specialist in the field of cryptography, expertise in Key management, Certificate management, HSMs
• Good to have skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, Perl, C#)
• Good to have experience at least in one operating system like Linux, Windows Servers, Microsoft Active Directory and Active Directory Certification Services
• Good to have a knowledge of terraform, container orchestration platforms, like Kubernetes
• Experience working with Agile development technologies.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English.
