      This is a temporary resource for minimum of 6 months for GSC CS&Q support. Job Responsibilties: Work focuses on optimizing and monitoring processes related to cutomer order processing, shipping and returns including: - Processing complex orders from customers and resolving order/delivery issues. - Tracking and ensuring that systems are updated with the latest information on product shortages, expected delivery dates, price changes, etc. - Acting as liason between customers, production and distribution departments. - Analyzing and summarizing reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns, etc. - Typically located in a distribution centre environment. - May specialise in new order processing, customer inquiries related to processing/shipping issues for orders already placed. Qualifications: 0-3 years of relevant experience. ERP (SAP) knowledge (Plus). Interpersonal skills and communication. Experience in MS Office specially Excel and Data Management (Plus).
