Job Title: Certified Site Surveillance Technician (C.S.S.T.)

Job Description

The Certified Site Surveillance Technician (C.S.S.T.) is responsible for conducting comprehensive site inspections and providing detailed reports to ensure the health, safety, and environmental compliance of a work site. The C.S.S.T. works closely with project managers, safety officers, and regulatory bodies to identify potential hazards, assess risk levels, and recommend corrective measures to promote a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety conditions, including environmental hazards, equipment safety, and workers' adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform assessments and tests to measure environmental factors such as air quality, noise levels, and chemical exposure to ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Provide guidance and training to employees and contractors on safety procedures and proper handling of equipment and materials.
• Identify and report safety hazards, recommend corrective actions, and work with site management to implement solutions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
