      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance to direct reports and manage day-to-day issues as they arise
      - Perform initial reviews of paying agent, trustee, and escrow accounts for compliance
      - Prepare summaries of review findings for reporting to the Corporate Trust Management Committee
      - Test compliance with specific procedures and report results to the Compliance Officer and/or Department Manager
      - Make recommendations to management on changes to policies and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
      - At least 7 years of relevant experience
      - Strong understanding of compliance procedures and regulations
      - Excellent analytical and reporting skills
      - Strong leadership and team management capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in corporate trust, escrow, or related financial services
      - Familiarity with bond trustee and agency services
      - Proven ability to implement process improvements
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
      - Knowledge of compliance management systems
