Position: CTE Teacher on Special Assignment
Schedule: The work hours/days for this position may involve some modification/flexing of the typical teaching schedule.
Calendar: 180-Day
Rate: 1.0 FTE
Notes: This position is for the 23/24 school year.
Experience with district level work-based learning system implementation, management, and accountability aligned to defined state and district benchmarks (including tracking systems for all CTE courses/students) for: job shadows, guest speakers/field trips, school-based enterprises, paid/unpaid internships, apprenticeships, business ownership, healthcare clinicals, and service-learning projects.
Applicants must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a CTE teaching certificate with the appropriate 3 years full-time occupational experience-based endorsements:
Additional Requirements:
Must hold or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification. Must hold or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and OSHA Trainer Certification, Pass Criminal Background Fingerprinting w/WSP and FBI, and Successfully complete OSPI required training.
