  For our Green Chef team, part of HelloFresh head office in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Culinary and Product Development Intern from August/September 2023 for 5 - 6 months. While working in the Culinary team you will have a serious impact on what our customers will be cooking every day. During this internship you will be part of the Green Chef team, consisting of recipe developers, dieticians, nutritionists, menu planner and recipe editors.

  This is how you’ll make an impact

  • Support the recipe developers both in and outside the kitchen: You will experience a variety of cooking in our test kitchen and finalizing recipes at your desk.
  • Contribute to dynamic new projects that are aimed at attracting and retaining happy customers;
  • Investigate to ensure that our recipes are well received and understood correctly by our customers: we are always looking to improve the guidelines and taste of the recipes.
  • Sample cooking recipes, re-cooking, participate in recipe testing and tasting sessions;
  • Carry out deep dives and research into recipe successes and potential improvements

  • Are you passionate about cooking and love healthy eating? Do you follow all the latest trends in the industry, and love to perfect recipes with a keen eye for detail? Then this internship is for you!
  • Enthusiasm for cooking and recipe improvement and a strong motivation for HelloFresh & Green Chef are key!
  • You are currently enrolled in or have recently graduated from a university (HBO/WO) program (Nutrition, Food & Dietetics etc.)
  • You’re proactive, ambitious, like to be creative and make things happen
  • You are full of (recipe) ideas and can act as a sparring partner for the recipe developers
  • You have a great sense of taste and knowledge for ingredients and have some cooking skills
  • You speak fluent Dutch and English
