- Partner with leadership to build and launch enterprise-wide DEI strategies to accelerate progress.
- Assist in the building and project managing of DEI initiatives, tracking outcomes, and sharing results to cultivate an inclusive workplace.
- Serve as the central DEI resource for employees, including leadership.
- Coordinate and manage all Employee Resource Groups (ERG), including the ongoing ERG committees and Diversity Council meetings and events.
- Drive project objectives through defined project plans; manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for program rollout and ongoing support.
- Assist in facilitating leadership workshops to support Culture & Inclusion in leadership programs and ongoing training.
- Build meaningful relationships across the organization to develop a deep understanding of the business and increase awareness and of DEI as a business imperative.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, outside organizations, and sister brands to further Culture and Inclusion efforts.
- Communicate goals and outcomes of the program to ensure that leadership understands and supports all Culture & Inclusion Program initiatives.
- Partner with Human Resources, Communications, Swift Charities, and leadership to assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing enterprise-wide Culture and Inclusion initiatives.
- Support the development of presentations, communications, and marketing materials for a wide range of audiences and purposes.
- Work with leadership to incorporate current social media trends promoting our culture, products, and services.
- Research the latest Culture & Inclusion trends and best practices.
- Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objective.
- 2+ years' of Diversity and Inclusion, Project Management, and Program Management experience required.
- Previous project management experience with successful track record of execution of initiatives from start to finish required.
- Previous experience working with social media platforms required.
- Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.
- Must possess exceptional communication skills.
- Must be able to build trust, collaborate and negotiate across across multiple cultures, markets, employees, and leaders.
- Must be able to influence and lead change initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Must be able to influence others without direct authority to achieve solutions that meet the organization's objectives.
