- Facilitates strategic discussions, sessions, interviews and focus groups with clients and internal stakeholders to advance workplace culture
- Conducts assessments and develops plans
- Works collaboratively with other O.C. Tanner teams
- Advises client and internal stakeholders on workplace culture best practices and options
- Leads development of change management plans
- Problem solves to define smart solutions to complex situations and needs
- Develops compelling and evidence-based insights
- Stays current on latest research and applies learnings to client work and to advance the Practice & team capabilities
- Continuously acquires and integrates new skills and knowledge
- Ensures timely, high-quality delivery of the client experience and associated deliverables
- Contributes to O.C. Tanner content, selling efforts and events
- Self-directed and adept at prioritizing and managing many projects simultaneously
- Thrives in fast paced environment
- Skilled at translating theory, research findings into practical applications
- Strong presentation and facilitation capability
- Proven track record of gaining buy-in for complex, global, high visibility projects
- Ability to consult with senior executives and to make in-the-moment decisions appropriate for the client and the company

- Ability to work on both strategy and detailed functional tasks concurrently
- Strong verbal and written business communication skills; successful in engaging audiences in-person as well as virtually

- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise information for varied audiences
- Advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel, Word
