      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in planning multiple projects related to the permanent collection, new acquisitions, and gallery installations
      - Research and write summaries about artists and objects of art, including citations
      - Compile and track lists of objects and enter information into the collection database
      - Review object files and add research to enhance their content
      - Create and maintain spreadsheets to organize and track information for various projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be an undergraduate student who has completed the first year of coursework in good standing
      - Strong research and writing skills
      - Ability to manage time and complete tasks for multiple assignments
      - Demonstrates maturity and discretion in handling sensitive information
      - Willingness to receive training for using the museum's collection database

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience studying or researching art, history, cultures, or languages
      - Familiarity with museum operations or collection management processes
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
