      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee training curriculum and instructional development for various audiences to ensure successful learning events
      - Assess training needs for new product, process, and system rollouts, creating schedules for development and evaluation
      - Design and develop programs for learning experiences, including New Hire training and ongoing learning
      - Create instructional strategies and course materials, integrating appropriate technologies and best practices
      - Project manage instructional design projects from inception to completion, coordinating multimedia technology use

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of instructional design and curriculum planning experience
      - At least 2 years of facilitation experience in classroom or virtual settings
      - Strong knowledge of training development best practices, including adult learning theory
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
      - Familiarity with instructional software such as Captivate and Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK)
      - Proven track record in designing large-scale training rollouts for new systems and processes
      - Strong research skills and experience using research methodologies
      - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all organizational levels
