      Position Summary

      This role supports in creating interactive and engaging on-line modules, designing and developing activities and curriculum materials, as well as, administratively supporting the Training & Development department. This role delivers top quality content management, working with a pre-established curriculum structure to deliver technician training for our Live Events entertainment production teams.

      Essential Functions

      While not all-inclusive, the following is a list of primary and general duties. In addition to these listed duties, this position shall also perform other tasks as assigned, shall abide by all provisions of the Employee Handbook, and shall participate in all company initiatives and projects.

      • Engages in Training & Development initiatives to support technology integration across curriculum areas, helping to build an effective online learning platform for the company.
      • Designs and develops learning activities and curriculum using learning management tools like WorkRamp and Gemini AI to deliver training on Live Events production competencies (e.g., FX, Lighting, Audio).
      • Digitizes existing curriculum and creates new digital content for interactive and engaging virtual learning experiences.
      • Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy across curriculum content.
      • Supports and provides training on learning management systems and other digital learning tools used by staff.
      • Collects and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of courses, interprets findings, and provides constructive feedback for course evaluation and improvement.
      • Stays informed on current instructional technologies and practices, particularly those relevant to online learning tools like WorkRamp.
      • Converts traditional instructional materials into digital formats (Google Docs, Slides, PowerPoints, videos, audio, scannable materials) as requested by the Training & Development team to enhance learning accessibility.
      • Creates guides and educational materials for both online and in-person learning, contributing to a comprehensive library of training resources.
      Experience and Skills/Abilities
      • Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring and training tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia tools.
      • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
      • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency in training materials.
      • Google Workspace and Monday.com are preferred.


      Education

      Associate degree preferred or 2 years in IT or Entertainment Industry fields

      Physical Requirements/Work Environment

      This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers and smartphones. The person in this role must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and must move about occasionally inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery and have routine contact with individuals in the office. The person in this role may need to climb stairs, travel and have the ability to move about both indoor and outdoor venues. This person in this role must be able to lift 15 lbs routinely and 25 lbs occasionally.

      Travel

      This position requires travel, less than 10% of the time. Travel will be mixed, local and outside the local area.

      Expected Hours of Work

      The typical work schedule for this position follows a standard workday, with occasional flexibility for evening and weekend work during high-volume periods. All breaks and lunches will comply with local, state, and federal laws, and overtime, if required, will be compensated in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
