What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently analyze, synthesize, and maintain curriculum and course records across multiple systems for accuracy and consistency
- Schedule meetings, confirm and distribute agendas, and follow up on action items with stakeholders
- Create and distribute reports for leadership analysis and support operational initiatives
- Standardize key Curriculum Management documents for school leadership and assist with communication and issue resolution
- Maintain program and course level data points regularly across various systems in partnership with the Portfolio Director
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in client management, operations, or asset management
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to manage projects successfully
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with web-based delivery and video technology
- Experience in creating training or onboarding documentation for teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to build and maintain successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
