  Do you have a passion for cleaning and curiosity about working with heavy equipment? We are currently seeking a Custodial Utility Cast Member -to work at Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts! In this role, we use specialized equipment such as pressure washers, leaf blowers, sweeper trucks, pickup trucks, box trucks, forklifts, rider vacuum cleaners, and lifts. For every day activity this may include removing debris from waterways, cleaning fountains, scrubbing exterior walls of buildings, cleaning high reach windows, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, clean/extract carpets with portable mounts, pressure wash concrete and other surfaces, and cleaning hazardous spills across the WDW property. Utility Cast may also be asked to perform regular custodial duties such as cleaning tables, emptying trashcans, cleaning restrooms, using chemicals, sweeping and general area cleaning.
  
  The starting pay rate for this role is $17.40 per hour.

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • A valid US Driver’s License to be able to drive company vehicles and use of the heavy equipment not excluding tractors, pick-up trucks, backhoe, etc
  • Physical role requiring heavy lifting, walking, pushing, pulling, bending twisting, and kneeling
  • Shown experience working with heavy equipment like cardboard baler, forklift
  • Perform all job responsibilities safely using personal protective equipment
  • Part-time requires full availability for any shift, a MINIMUM of (3) THREE days per week, including nights and holidays
  • 3rd shift positions begin working at 10:00 pm or later like 3:00 am or 4:00 am
  • Previous construction experience
  • Previous pressure washing experience
  • Previous Farm experience
  • Previous experience using specialized floor cleaning equipment (buffers and carpet care cleaners) preferred
  • Previous experience using ride-on sweeper/scrubber equipment preferred

  SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
