- Must have, or be eligible to receive, the Black Seal Low Pressure Fireman's License.
- Criminal History Background check required.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning and/or care and maintenance of building and outside grounds preferred.
- Must meet the physical requirements of the position which include considerable bending, walking, and lifting and shall be able to perform all essential functions of job which include climbing, and moving and lifting objects that may weigh up to 60 pounds.
LOCATION: Lore Elementary School
SALARY: Following the established ETESSA Salary Guide ranging from $34,365 to $55,649
BENEFITS: Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, and Dental Benefits and will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program
