Position Purpose: Cleans offices, conference rooms, break rooms, bathrooms, hallways, stairways of assigned buildings on a consistent basis

Essential Responsibilities

§ Sweeps, mops and polish floors in rooms and hall

§ Limited window/glass washing of interior & exterior doors.

§ Dusts and/or polishes furniture, blinds, and equipment

§ Cleans restrooms and fills dispensers

§ Vacuum and spot clean rugs, carpets, and furniture using commercial-type vacuum cleaners and cleaning products.

§ Reports malfunction of bathroom fixtures, light fixtures, and/or damages to room and hall furnishings to supervisor for repair/maintenance.

§ Stocks area with appropriate supplies

§ Moves furniture, equipment, or fixtures as required.

§ Washes dishes or utensils as required
