- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, specified indoor, and outdoor spaces using established practices and procedures.
- Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash containers; refill restroom dispensers.
- Assist with the setup/cleanup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences, events, etc.
- Clean floors and surfaces using specific cleaning methods and procedures.
- Mix appropriate proportions of cleaning and disinfecting agents following safety protocols.
- Dust, mop and sweep offices break areas, elevators, restrooms, common areas, or other type of rooms depending on the scope of work.
- Clean and disinfect areas as per scope of work.
- You must be comfortable wearing proper PPE.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Must be safety minded.
- Able to follow guidelines and direction.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must have a flexible schedule.

Job Skills / Requirements
Our custodial porter keeps areas sparkling by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and client satisfaction. In this role, you will perform routine, manual work, cleaning the entirety of the location assigned - both interior and some exterior areas in a transitional living center. You will follow established practices and cleaning schedules.
You must enjoy detailed repetitive work.
You will have direct supervision with frequent inspections - to assure completion of assignments in accordance with the instructions and our standards of cleanliness.
