      Position Description

      The responsibility of the Custodian involves performing variety routine duties at multi-unit residential property, including the general cleaning duties to help the property meet regulated standards.

      The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $15.00/hr based upon factors including but not limited to related experience and time in the industry.

      Responsibilities:

      • Performs duties to maintain the cleanliness of the interior and/ or exterior of a property. This may include cleaning halls, lobbies, restrooms, and stairways. Duties may also include washing linens, rubbish removal, and sanitizing.
      • Notifies management of areas of the property that need repairs or attention that is our of scope.

      Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or GED required.
      • 1-2 years experience with general cleaning required.
      • Detail-Oriented skills required.
