- Cuts grass, trims shrubbery, plants and waters flowers, bushes, and grass.
- Shovels snow, spreads salt and completes other duties to ensure a safe, clean and clutter-free environment.
- Cleans all areas of the center, indoors and outdoors, as needed.
- Empties trash containers. Ensures that all areas are clean, clutter- and debris-free.
- Complete slight maintenance and custodial duties as assigned.
- Strips, cleans and waxes floors, moves furniture, equipment etc.
- High School Diploma or equivalent

The Custodian/Groundskeeper position provides support for a U.S Department of Labor Job Corps contractor. The Job Corps program is a federally-funded residential training program. The mission of Job Corps is to provide career-ready technical and academic training and job placement assistance to program eligible youth ages 16-24.
Summary of Duties:
The Custodian/Groundskeeper is responsible for performing grounds keeping, landscaping and custodial duties and performs routine and emergency cleanup.
