What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand and solve business needs efficiently
- Utilize expert-level knowledge of Ecrion Design Studio Publisher to create and modify complex custom XSLT templates
- Design and create custom tools and workflows within Procore to automate processes for customers
- Assist Project Managers in developing solutions and defining scopes of work
- Engage with cross-collaborative teams to satisfy customer requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred or at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with construction processes, particularly related to financial and documentation needs
- Proficient understanding of Procore’s web and mobile app functionality
- Design or programming knowledge preferred, familiarity with XML, XSLT, and/or writing complex queries
- Strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s product offerings and emerging technologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Graphic design experience helpful
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in construction industry processes
- Familiarity with design or programming languages
