      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make outbound sales contact, including cold calling, to develop a portfolio of customers
      - Accept orders, close sales, and maintain customer records while completing necessary documentation
      - Identify and qualify prospective customers and record sales prospecting activity in Salesforce
      - Inform customers of new product/service introductions and pricing
      - Maintain communication with the Sales Director and Team Lead regarding sales activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
      - Ability to understand key business drivers and apply this knowledge effectively
      - Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to changing priorities
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
      - Proficiency in Salesforce and other internal operational systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales or customer service within the technology or government sectors
      - Familiarity with law enforcement practices and public safety solutions
      - Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate technical information clearly
      - Proven ability to persuade clients and stakeholders in standard situations
