- Starting salary between £23,900 and £24,200 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.

Customer Advisor – Salary £23,900 – £24,200

A bit about the job:
We provide the very best care for our customers through the quality of our personalised service. We are interested in your commitment to delivering great results and while there is a lot to learn about our products, our team of 8 will be there for you through great training and coaching, you’ll be well prepared to support the needs of our customers.
As a Customer Advisor, you will process complex individual annuity quote requests and provide a presales telephony service for IFAs (independent financial advisers). You will interact with multiple stakeholders predominantly in the underwriting team and the pricing team to ensure accurate and timely annuity quotes are issued in line with customer expectations. In this role you will contribute to make sure that our customers will have the information they need to make an informed Retirement decision.
