- Deliver training and support on XIFIN analytics tools to internal teams and external clients.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on the EmpowerIQ and Advanced Analytics platforms to support user onboarding and ongoing education.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to analytics platforms and data interpretation.
- Design and deliver custom reports to surface actionable insights.
- Collaborate with engineering to translate user feedback into system enhancements.
- Track and report on key customer success metrics related to analytics engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, ideally within healthcare or life sciences.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel).
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles, training delivery, and technical support.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.

Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Customer Analytics & Enablement Manager to enhance the customer experience by leveraging data-driven insights and providing effective training and support. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and translating customer interaction data into actionable recommendations, and for serving as a key liaison between our customers and engineering teams. The ideal candidate is both analytically savvy and highly communicative, capable of transforming complex data into engaging narratives and actionable improvements.
What will you do?
This is an onsite position at our office in San Diego, CA or Charleston, SC. If located in Charleston, SC this role will require 10-20% travel.

What does the position pay:
Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
The expected range for this role is $70,000.00-100,000.00 annual compensation. Please note this range is an estimate and actual may vary based on qualifications and experience.
