Job Description

Answer our toll free line to assist customers. Provide excellent customer service, exceeding the expectations of clients.
Update customer records per written and verbal requests. Updates include, but are not limited to bank changes, address changes, and tax withholding changes.
Process form requests from clients.
Provide empathetic customer service for family members reporting a death and providing accurate information, while capturing needed information based on the type of contract.
Customer service experience
Excellent verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner
Strong written communication skills to document information accurately
Solid organizational and time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Strong team player

Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for up to 8 hours per day.
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.

The Pension Risk Transfer client team makes monthly payments to retirees. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service via our direct toll free line and processing customer requests in a timely and accurate manner.

When working in our offices at least two days per week isn’t feasible (vacations, illness, travel, etc.), an eight day per month standard is an option.
