Job Description

Monitor residential, commercial, and industrial gas accounts from a billing perspective.
Resolve meter reading and billing exceptions.
Complete billing analysis and processes adjustments, as needed.
Consults with other departments and follow ups with customers, as required.
Provide support to the Contact Centers, performing account maintenance and multi-period adjustments, as required.
Assist in various departmental administrative tasks on occasional basis.
3+ years of directly related experience. Post-secondary degree/diploma is highly desired.
Experience in an office setting supporting a customer care and/or billing environment.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and experience in working well in a team environment.
Digital literacy as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work independently and prioritize completion of numerous tasks within strict time constraints.
Must have strong problem-solving skills and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail and dedication to quality results.
Knowledge of SAP and Maximo
